Recent Work

• We were recently engaged by the Federal Government of Nigeria to handle a number of disputes involving losses totalling $ USD 500 million relating to the vandalisation of pipelines and the security implications.

• Our firm recently advised Agip petroli on the implications of its divestiture of its stake in the indigenous arm of the company. 

• Currently part of a team of lawyers representing the Federal Government of Nigeria on Arbitration in respect of disputes arising out of a power purchase agreement by one of the largest multinational Energy Companies.
